Switching is only available for 12 mth plans. Your child has 2 switches for each subscription year that allows him to switch to any Grade/Level any time. Switching is only available within the same product, E.g. SMILE (Singapore) P3 to SMILE (Singapore) P4 or BUZZ 1 to BUZZ 3.
